摘要
综述了国内外达克罗技术与化学镀Ni-W-P镀层的研究概况。分别介绍了达克罗技术与化学镀Ni-W-P合金镀层的工艺特征、结构组成、成膜机理。对达克罗涂层和Ni-W-P合金镀层的结构进行了对比分析,论述了片状叠层结构表面膜的耐蚀机理,指出两种工艺产生的叠层状涂(镀)层均有优良的耐蚀性能。
The development of Dacromet techno lo gy and Ni-W-P chemical plating coats at home and abroad are described.The p rocess,structure and film forming mechanism of Dacromet technology and Ni-W-P chemical plating coat are introduced.Structures of Dacromet coating and Ni-W-P alloy plating coat are compared and the anti-corrosion mechanism of surface film of multilayered structure is analyzed.It is pointed out both multilayere d films produced by above two technologies have good corrosion resistance.
