摘要
介绍锌铬涂层涂覆工艺研究现状,概述了锌铬涂层涂液的组成和各组分的功能及涂层的固化工艺,总结锌铬涂层的耐蚀机理,指出了该技术存在的问题以及今后的发展方向.
The current status of Zn-Cr coating technique is reviewed, followed by a description of the compositions employed for the coating solution, the effect of individual compositions on the coating process, and the curing process of Zn-Cr coatings. The mechanism of corrosion resistance of Zn-Cr coating is elucidated. The existing problems associated with the technique and further work on it are presented.
