摘要
本文采用直接加热膨化法处理蔗渣,并用纤维素酶粉 A_1、A_2、A_4和 S_(80)及5×10^(-2)木霉菌株 AS_(3-2941)、EA_(3-687)固体曲浸出液进行水解,水解液中还原糖对蔗渣纤维素的得率均大于65%,有的高达93%。当膨化压力为1.8~2.2MPa、加热时间为14~20min,其酶解还原糖得率大于80%。膨化后,蔗渣纤维素的聚合度、结晶度均下降,蔗渣显微结构也受到破坏;但蔗渣纤维素的转化率只取决于纤维显微结构的破坏程度。
Direct heating explosion bagasse pretreatment is presented.Bagasse was hydrolyzed by cellulose powder A_1,A_2,A_4 and S80,together with extract of 5×10^(-2)T.sessi AS_(3-2941) and EA_(3-687) Solid Koji.The conver- sion rate of bagasse to fermentable carbohydrate was more than 65%,some as high as 93%.The conversion rate was above 80% when bagasse was heated for 14~20 rain and under a pressure of 1.8~2.2 MPa.After explosion,the polymerization degree and the crystallinity of bagasse cellu- lose decreased and the micro-structure was destroyed;but the conversion rate only depended on the degree of bagasse micro-structure destroyed.
