摘要
分析了HSK工具系统DIN标准与ISO标准之间的主要差异及其对定位精度和联接刚度的影响。分析表明 ,按ISO标准制造的HSK工具系统性能更稳定 ,更适合重载加工 ;按DIN标准制造的HSK工具系统则更适合轻载。
The main difference between the Germanic DIN standard and ISO standard of HSK tool system and its influence on the features such as orientating accuracy and integrating rigidity are analyzed. It is showed that the HSK tool system made according to ISO standard is of steadier performance and more adapted to heavy machining, and the HSK tool system made according to DIN standard is more adapted to high speed and light machining.
