HSK主轴/刀具的联结性能分析

摘要 利用SolidWorks建模软件建立HSK刀柄模型,再使用有限元方法,对HSK-100A型主轴/刀柄联结特性进行分析和模拟,研究了在夹紧力、过盈量、刀柄几何尺寸等条件下对联结锥面上间隙的影响,分析得出各参数的变化对锥面间隙的区域分布和大小有一定的影响。这可以对刀柄的几何参数优化提供理论依据。 This paper uses SolidWorks modeling software to establish the model of HSK tool holder,analyzes the characteristics of HSK tool system in high speed machining and carries out its simulation with finite element method.The effect of contact pressure between HSK spindle and tool holder is studied by changing the factors such as clamping force,toolholder geometry,interference etc..The results show that the changing of each parameter has a certain effect on regional distribution and gap size of the gap of taper surface.It can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the tool holder of geometry parameters.
