摘要
利用有限元方法,以HSK-63A型刀柄为研究对象,通过改变过盈量、预紧力、旋转速度、刀柄几何尺寸,研究了不同参数对主轴/刀柄联结性能的影响。为HSK刀柄的实际应用及几何参数优化提供一定的依据及指导。
Taking the HSK-63A toolholder as researching object, by changing factors such as interference, clamping force, spindle speed, toolholder geometry and etc, the effects of different parameters to the performance of spindle-toolhulder connection system are researched with finite element method(FEM), The results can be used as basis and instruction for apphcation of HSK toolholder and optimization of geometry parameters.
