摘要
通过对装有电控机械式自动变速器的车辆起步、换挡过程的分析 ,建立了表征乘坐舒适性主要评价指标的冲击度与油门开度变化和换挡离合器接合速度之间的关系及数学模型 ,并利用该模型对车辆起步换挡过程进行实时过程控制试验分析 ,提出了改善起步换挡品质。
Through the analysis to the shifting procedure and starting of the automobile that equipped with electronically automated mechanical transmission (AMT), the mathematical models and relationship between the changing of throttle opening, the joint speed of the shift clutch and the degree of shock which expresses the main target of comfort, were established. The procedure control test and the analysis of the results were conducted in the course of automobile starting and shift by use of the models, and the measures of improving starting and shift quality, as well as comfort were put forward.
