摘要
根据发动机输出特性和液力变矩器原始特性 ,找出了二者合理匹配时共同工作点及共同工作的输出特性 ,计算出各节气门开度不同的车速和不同挡位下的驱动力 ,建立了液力变矩器与机械式自动变速器 (AMT)共同工作时换挡规律模型 ,并根据此模型进行数字仿真 ,确立了最大效率时液力变矩器与 AMT共同工作时的换挡规律并进行了冲击度计算。
According to the output characteristics of the engine and the original characteristics of the torque converter (TC), the working point and the output characteristics, which the engine work together with TC in their reasonable match, are found. The driving forces are calculated in variable throttle opening and different speeds and different shifts. The mathematical models of the shift strategy are established when TC works together with automated mechanical transmission (AMT), and the digital simulation is conducted by using these models. The shift strategy of the TC work together with AMT at the maximum efficiency is defined and the degree of shock test is done. The test results show that the defined shift strategy is reasonable.
