摘要
目的 :观察槟榔对功能性消化不良 (FD)模型大鼠胃平滑肌运动的影响。方法 :夹尾刺激复制 FD模型 ,采用应变片传感器整体记录方法 ,测定 FD模型大鼠胃运动并与正常对照鼠比较 ,以鉴定模型的合理性 ;测定高浓度槟榔煎液 (10 0 % )和低浓度槟榔煎液 (2 5 % )对 FD模型大鼠胃运动振幅和频率的影响。结果 :模型组大鼠空腹和灌注 0 .85 %氯化钠溶液后与对照组比较 ,胃运动频率明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,振幅减弱 (P <0 .0 5 )。两种浓度槟榔煎液均可显著增强 FD大鼠胃收缩振幅指数 ,而对 FD大鼠胃运动频率无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :造模符合FD病理生理特点 ;槟榔有显著的促 FD大鼠胃平滑肌收缩的作用 。
Objective: To observe the effect of Areca nut decoction on gastric smooth muscle contraction of rats with functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods: The rat models of FD were made by clasping their tails. To testify the reliability of the model, the gastric motility in vivo of the model was recorded by a strain gauge transducer and compared with that of the normal control group. The effects of high concentration (100 %) and low concentration (25 %) of Areca nut decoction on the gastric motility of FD rats were tested.Results: Compared with that of the control group, the gastric contractile frequency of FD rats was decreased significantly (P< 0.01 ) and the gastric contractile amplitude lowered significantly (P< 0.05 ) with stomach empty and after stomach perfused with saline respectively. Both high and low concentrations of Areca nut decoction could significantly enhance the gastric contractile amplitude index of FD rats, but had no significant effect on the frequency of gastric contraction. Conclusion: Those models in experiment had the pathophysiologic features of FD. Areca nut had the function of improving the gastric contraction of FD rats mainly by enhancing gastric contractive amplitude.
