摘要
通过概率公式的推导，指出系统效能评估方程就是全概率公式和乘法公式的推广和运用，效能层是一个概率性的效能指标。指出了目前在应用过程中存在的认识上的不足，举例说明了系统效能评估方程的运用方法。
Through deduction, this paper proves that system effectiveness evaluation equation is an application and generalization of total probability law and effectiveness E is an efficiency index of probability. The problem of understanding error in application is pointed out. An example is given which illustrates the application of system effectiveness evaluation equation E = ADC.
