摘要
以磷钨酸和磷钨酸铝为催化剂 ,用乳酸和正丁酸合成了乳酸正丁酯 .研究了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对产率的影响 .结果表明 :磷钨酸和磷钨酸铝对乳酸和正丁醇的酯化反应具有较好的活性 ,在适当条件下 。
Synthesis of n-butyl lactate is catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid and aluminium phosphotungstate. The influences of catalyst quantity,molar ratio of acid to alcohol,reaction time and reaction temperature on the yield were studied. Results show that catalytic activity of lactic acid and aluminium esterification rate of lactic acid is high under optimum condition.
