摘要
依据李树林先生在甘蓝型油菜细胞核雄性不育系 2 3 AB的研究[1~ 5 ] ,以及董振生 [6~ 9] 在白菜型油菜显性细胞核雄性不育系 896AB的研究结果 ,用全不育株与恢复株测交 ,F2 代可能的育性比出现全可育、可育株与不育株 3∶ 1、1 3∶ 3的育性分离资料分析 ,认为油菜显性核不育的遗传不宜用上位抑制来解释 ,而应用抑制作用解释较为妥当。即育性是由一对显性不育基因 MSMS和一对显性恢复基因 Rf Rf互作控制 ,且显性恢复基因能抑制不育基因不育性的表达 ,使育性恢复可育。
The nuclear male sterile materials 23AB and 896AB were studied and showed: F 2 generation showed two possibilities, one is being without segragation, another is fertility rate of 3(F)∶1(S) or 13(F)∶3(S). According studies above, it is considered that the dominant nuclear male sterility is proper to be interpreted using inhibition action, not epistasis, namely, the fertilities were controlled by interaction of one pair dominant male sterile gene MSMS and one pair dominant restore gene RfRf and can be restored because the dominant restore gene Rf could suppress the expression of male sterile gene MS.
