摘要
对23号甘蓝型油菜细胞核雄性不育性的遗传研究结果发现:育性是由二对显性基因Ms和Rf互作控制的。其中Ms是显性不育基因,Rf是显性上位基因,它能抑制Ms不育基因不育性的表达,从而使育性恢复可育。根据其遗传学原理,不育株的基因型为Ms-rfrf,可育株的基因型为Ms-Rf-,msmsRf-和msmsrfrf,而可育株基因型为RfRf的植株可作为恢复系。利用兄妹交配(Msmsrfrf×msmsrfrf)和(Msmsrfrf×MsMsRfrf),其后代的育性分离都能稳定在1:1,前者称为杂合两型系,后者称为纯合两型系,若配(MsMsrfrf×msmsrfrf),其测交一代为全不育系Msmsrfrf。由于全不育系只能出现在测交一代,不能用回交保持,故把双隐性的msmsrfrf可育株称为临保系。
It was found that GMS is controled by two dominant genes (Ms and Rf) with epistasis. The gene Ms is sterile. The gene Rf is fertile and dominance epistasis over the Ms. According to this principle of genetics, the genotype of sterile plants is Ms-rfrf and the genotypes of fertile plants are Ms-Rf-,msmsRf- and msmsrfrf. While the genotype of the fertile plants is RfRf as a restorer line. The fertile and sterile segregation ratio is 1 to 1 in the F, progeny got by sib-mating ( Msmsrfrf × msmsrfrf and MsMsrfrf × MsMsRfrf ) . The former ( Msmsrfrf × msmsrfrf ) is called heterozygous two-type line and the latter(MsMsrfrf × MsMsRfrf)is called homozygous two-type line.The method using the two-type line in crosses with the restorer line to produce hybrid seeds is called two-line method.Using this method to produce hybrid seeds, the 50% fertile plants must be rogued from the two-type line. If the sterile plants ( MsMsrfrf) cross with double recessive plants ( msmsrfr f), the F1 progeny is fully sterile.
