摘要
利用新近开发的新型分子电子材料M_(1-β)(TCNQ)[TONQ即7,7,8,8四氰基对醌二甲烷]能制成可擦式(erasable)光致变色光盘.它的特点是可用任意波长的激光写入,用热、电或光擦除.已经做到写擦循环次数超过1000次,反差系数K大于50%,因此能用于制备可录音和擦除的激光唱片,改变市售激光唱机只能“单放”的局面.
A new category of erasable optical storage media, M_(1-β)(TCNQ) films, is described. The 'write-read-erase' function due to the photochromatic effect of this organometallic charge-transfer complex can be operated by a laser beam with any wavelength. A number of write-erase cycle N>1000 with a coefficient of contrast K>50 has been realized. Hence the film is suitable for manufacturing recordable and erasable compact discs while the commercially available CD-set is only a player.
