摘要
对近几年国际奥委会医学委员会公布的禁用表中新增药物及一系列利尿剂的相关化合物进行了研究 ,比较了不同的提取方法及回收率 ,研究了几种药物的排泄情况;建立了同时分析13种利尿剂的高效液相色谱测定方法 ,检出限小于5ng。
A procedure for simultaneous analysis of 13 diuretics in human urine by HPLC is described. The recoveries of liquid-liquid extraction(LLE) at acidic and basic pH and solid phase extraction were studied and compared. The detection limits of these compounds were below 5 ng at absolute amount. The method is suitable for diuretics screen in doping control. Excretion _ time profiles in human urines for some diuretics were also examined.
