聚糖微球及其衍生物对利尿剂的吸附解吸特性

摘要 为开发用于利尿剂样品前处理的吸附介质,实现较高的浓缩倍数,以戊二醛为交联剂,通过反相悬浮交联法制备了粒径为70μm左右的壳聚糖微球。研究了壳聚糖微球及琥珀酸酐接枝改性后的壳聚糖微球对酸性利尿剂速尿和碱性利尿剂氨苯喋啶的吸附和解吸特性。实验结果表明,壳聚糖微球对酸性利尿剂速尿有较好的吸附性能,而琥珀酸酐接枝后的壳聚糖微球对氨苯喋啶有较好的吸附特性;利用乙酸乙酯作为解吸剂,可以使速尿达到较高的浓缩倍数,且解吸液浓度和初始浓度之间有较好的线性关系。此研究可望能降低利尿剂样品的前处理成本。 A microshper adsorption material was developed to pretreat diuretic samples. The 70 μm diameter chitosan microsphers were prepared using the inverse suspension crosslinking method with glutaradehyde as the cross-linking reagent followed by modification with succinic anhydride to obtain the suc chitosan microspheres. The furosemide and triameterene adsorption and desorption characteristics of the microspheres were then measured. The ehitosan microspheres have good furomeside adsorption capacity with good triameterene adsorption only after the ehitosan was modified with succinic anhydride. The experiements indicated that ethyl acetate acted as an efficient desorption agent to concentrate the diuretics from the original sample. The concentration in acetate after desorption equilibrium was linearly related to the original concentration. This material can reduce the cost of diuretic sample pretreatment.
