摘要
2008北京奥运会兴奋剂检测采用了液相色谱单四极杆质谱联用仪对几千份尿样进行利尿剂、掩蔽剂以及其它禁用物质的检测。检测结果准确可靠,检测到有运动员使用利尿剂,并检出世界反兴奋剂机构(WADA)在兴奋剂检查样品中加入的两个控制样品,未出现漏检事故。检测灵敏度比较高,满足WADA的最低检出能力(MRPL)的要求。仪器工作状态稳定,操作简单,自动化程度高。在数据分析软件中使用编写的MACRO指令,检测数据容易识别和判断。使用这种仪器分析手段检测利尿剂和其它掩蔽剂,是常规和大型运动会兴奋剂检测的良好方法。
Thousands of urine samples were tested for diuretics,masking agents and other prohibited substances by LC/MS-quadrupole technique in doping control at 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Some diuretics were found in the athletes' urine samples,and two QC samples prepared by World Anti-doping Agency(WADA)were also confirmed successfully. The testing results were accurate and credible without any undetected error. The testing method met the requirements of Minimum Required Performance Limits(MRPL) by WADA with high sensitivity. The instruments were operated in steady state with high automation,testing procedure was simple. The detection data were easily judged through analysis software by editing corresponding MACRO. LC/MS-quadrupole technique is feasible for detecting diuretics and masking agents at the conventional and large-scale games.
