摘要
在现代经济条件下 ,长江上游地区不仅仅是一个自然区 ,而是一个以经济区为重要特征的自然区和经济区重叠的区域。特殊的自然生态环境 ,赋予长江上游地区生态环境功能的重新定位。基于此 ,我们构建了一个以生物措施、工程措施、经济措施、技术措施、社会措施为主要内容的长江上游生态屏障建设体系。
Under the modern economic circumstances, the upper reaches of the Changjiang Riv er are not only a natural region, but also an overlap between natural and econom ic regions. Its special natural and ecological environment has made it necessary to reorient its ecological functions. On these grounds, this paper constructs a n ecological screen system with biological, engineering, economic, technological and social measures.
