摘要
本研究采用的银参饮,是由具有抗辐射作用的银耳粗提物复合刺五加等药物配制而成。狗受γ线照射前预防性服用银参饮,以单纯银耳粗提物和胱胺作对比试验。结果提示,银参饮、单纯银耳粗提物和胱胺对染色体均无明显的损伤效应,但对γ线辐射损伤外周血染色体却有良好的防护作用,其中以高剂量银参饮的防护效果最好。
Yin Shen. Yin' preparation used in this studies is made up of Treme-
lla Fuciformis, Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi and others. The drug was taken orally
to dogs before irradiation, and the same time, its anti-radiation effect was compared
with those of Tremella Puciformis and cystamine. The results showed that 'Yin Shen
Yin', Tremella and cystamine all have not obvious harmful effects on cbromosome. howe-
ver, they have good protective effects on Chromosome damage induced by γ-ray irradia-
tion. Among them, high dose 'Yin Shen Yin' has the best radio-protective effect.
