摘要
本文报道110例含^(226)Ra夜光粉操作工的细胞遗传学变化,结果表明染色休型畸变明显高于正常对照组。畸变细胞随累积剂量、年剂量的增加而增加,相关检验表明有显著性差异(P<0.01),但畸变细胞与接触夜光粉的工龄、脱离接触的时间无关。
By determination of radon in breath, we have investigated the relationship between the radium body burden and chromosome aberrations of 110 cases of luminescent powder painters.Tn the group with higher level of the radium body buaden, chromosome aberrations were significantly higher than control group. Aaerraticn cells in the tested group tended to increase with the cumulative dose and annual dose. But the number of aberration cells was not correlated with years in or out of contact with 226Ra.
