高压氧对γ线诱发外周血染色体畸变的影响

摘要 ^(60)Co-γ线照射(剂量率713.2 mGy/min,照射剂量2.0 Gy)后用高压氧治疗对辐射诱发外周血染色体畸变的影响进行了研究。结果表明,高压氧本身对外周血染色体没有明显的影响,但对辐射诱发外周血染色体损伤的修复有一定促进作用。 The effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on chromosome aberrations in peripheral lymphocytes in the rabbits induced by 60Co-ray irradiation were studied. It was found that there was no effect of HBO itself on chromosomes in peripheral lymphocytes, and definite promotive effect of HBO on repair of chromosome damage of peripheral lymphocytes induced by irradiation in rabbits.
