摘要
本文针对教育部批准的“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”中的部分重点和难点,围绕人才培养模式改革与开放教育、人才培养目标与加强素质教育、人才培养模式改革与课程教学以及人才培养的途径与实践教学等诸关系,试图从理论与实际的结合上进行较深层次的探讨,并提出了一些理解的若干思路。
In this paper,the author presents his reflections on the experimental open and distance education program by CCRTVU,a project approved by the Ministry of Education.By applying theories into practice,the author discusses the following relationships:the relationship between modes of training and distance education,the re-lationship between training objectives and enhancement of quality-oriented education,and training approaches and hands-on practice.
