摘要
对影响MgTiO3微波介质材料介电性能的机理进行了初步探讨,通过用Ca、Nb、La、Zn、Ni等对MgTiO3微波介质材料进行掺杂改性,得到一种生产工艺稳定,品质因数Q高,f(谐振频率温度系数)低,烧结温度较低(1 260℃)的微波介质材料。该材料能广泛用于制作GPS(全球卫星定位系统)天线、介质滤波器、介质谐振器等微波介质器件。
The factors that influence the microwave dielectric properties of MgTiO3 ceramics were investigated. By doping MgTiO3 ceramics with Ca, Zn, Nb, La and Ni, the improved MgTiO3 ceramics of high Q (1/ tan), low TC and low sintering temperature were obtained. The ceramics can be used in the global positioning system, dielectric filters and dielectric resonator.
