摘要
十六大提出的全面建设小康社会的目标 ,包含着对教育发展的新要求。实现全面建设小康社会对教育提出的要求 ,必须坚持大力发展教育事业 ,坚持促进教育均衡发展 ,坚持教育创新 ,深化教育改革。贯彻十六大精神 ,在“双重探索”中发挥教育科学不可替代的作用 ,要牢牢把握先进文化的前进方向 ,以深入研究重大现实问题为主攻方向 ,坚持理论创新 ,围绕贯彻十六大精神 ,实现十六大提出的任务 ,规划一批新课题。
The aim of consructing a well off society set out at the CPC 16th National Congress poses new requirement for the development of education.Specifically,energetic efforts must be made to further educational development in a balanced way by emphasizing innovative measures of educational reforms.To facilitate the implementation of the objectives of the CPC 16th National Congress,the irreplaceable role of education science must be brought into full play so as to grasp the progress orientation of the advanced culture.In educational studies, those key problems in educational practice must be given priority and those new research projects with innovative theoretical orientation must be emphasized in the national plan of education science.
