抗拒与合作:课程改革情境下的教师改变 被引量:147

摘要 课程改革要求前线教师在其堂教学中改变旧有的教育观念和行为习惯,这首先会对教师的情感产生冲击,一般认为,教师是保定的,是抗拒变革的;但另一方面,教师又无时不在根据实际情境的变化而对教学作出适当的调整和变更。在课程改革情境下,考虑教师的情感因素,动员他们积极面对深层次的改革要求,而非以“权威”的身份出现,对改革推动者来说至关重要。
