摘要
中国大陆正在开展一场空前规模的应对经济全球化挑战的基础教育课程改革运动。本文概述了指导这次课程改革的《基础教育课程改革方案(试行)》的基本理念与基本内容;探讨了“课程范式”转型的基本前提与重建“学校文化”的实践课题。论文表明了这样一个信念与真实,尽管我们的改革面临诸多来自旧观念与旧体制的抵抗,但多元的声音所激起的对话、论争和交响,终究使我们看到了新世纪“学校再生”的曙光。
A movement of reforming China's basic education curriculum, which is to meet the challenge of globalization, is going on on an unprecedented scale in the mainland of China. This paper talks briefly about the fundamental ideas and contents of the Reforming Project of the Basic Education Curriculum, which is the guide to this curriculum reform. This paper also explores the preconditions of the transition of the 'curriculum paradigm' and the practical problems of rebuilding 'school culture'. Thus the paper presents a belief and a fact: though our reform faces the resistance from many old ideas and old systems, the conversation, discussion and interaction generated by different voices show twilight of 'school rebirth' in the new century.
