孔雀绿电极非催化动力学电位法测定痕量磷 被引量:5

Determination of Trace Phosphorus by Uncatalyzed-Kinetic Potentiometry Using Malachite Green Ion-selective Electrode

摘要 本文用孔雀绿离子选择性电极监测磷钼酸与孔雀绿形成离子缔合型络合物的反应,在固定时间内得到电位变化△E与logC_p的线性关系。据此建立了测定痕量磷的非催化动力学分析方法。该法简便快速,灵敏度较高,线性范围为0.038~1.55μg/ml。用于水样中磷的测定,结果与参考值比较相对误差为0.72%,平均回收率为96.7%。 In acidic solution the ion associate complex of molybdophosphoric acid with malachite green is fromed. By using a malachite green ion-selective electrode to follow the change of concentration of malachite green after mixing the reagents, an uncatalyzed-kinetic potentiometric procedure for the determination of trace phosphorus is propoSed.The linear range of the method is 0.038~1.551μg/ml for P(V).The method shows high sensitivity and selectivity. The method has been applied to the determination of phosphorus in the cyclic cooling water of Kaifeng Fertilizer Factory. The results are very close to the reference values.
