摘要
本文提出了以非催化动力学法测定微量硒的新体系,实验结果表明:在一酸性介质中(pH=2.2),在100℃水浴中反应30分钟后,Se^(4+)可与盐酸肼反应产生一个粉红色的产物,此产物的吸光度与0.5—50μg/ml范围内的硒含量线性相关,加入少量的阿拉伯树胶和邻硝基酚可增加体系的稳定性,改善标准曲线的线性关系,提高方法的灵敏度。
In this paper a new system determining micro-selenium by a non-catalytic kinetic method is proposed.The experimental results show that a pink product is produced in the acid medium when selenium reacts with o-nitrophenol for 30 min. at 100℃.A linear response in the concentration range of 0.5-50μg/ml Se^(4+)is obtained being added into the system. If a few arabic gum and o-nitrophenol. The sensitivity of method will be increased, the linear of calibration curves will be improved and the stability of system will be heighened.
