摘要
目的 观察泄浊除痹汤治疗原发性痛风高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法 采用非盲法随机对照试验 ,将 81例原发性痛风高尿酸血症患者随机分为颗粒剂组 4 0例 ,服用泄浊除痹汤单味中药浓缩颗粒剂 ;水煎剂组 4 1例 ,服用泄浊除痹汤水煎剂。 2组均每日 1剂 ,分 2次口服。疗程均为 2 0日。结果 2组治疗 10、2 0日血尿酸较治疗前均明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但治疗后 2组比较无显著性差异 (均P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为 75 .0 0 %、90 .0 0 % ,对照组为 6 8.2 9%、92 .6 8% ,2组比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 2组均未见不良反应。结论 泄浊除痹汤治疗高尿酸血症效果明显 。
Objective To observe therapeutic effect of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction on primary gout hyperuricemia.Method 81 patients with primary gout hyperuricemia were randomly divided into granules group and decoction group.40 patients in granules group were treated by concentrated granules of Xiezhuo Chubi decoction;41 patients in decoction group were treated by Xiezhuo Chubi decoction,with a therapeutic course of 20 days for both groups.Result The obvious effective rate and total effective rate in granules group and decoction group were 75.00%,90.00% and 68.29%,92.68%,respectively.There was no difference between both groups (P>0.05).Decrease of serum uric acid after treatment in both groups was superior to that in both groups before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Xiezhuo Chubi decoction can definitely treat hyperuricemia.
