摘要
尾静脉注射0.5～2mg/kg落新妇甙能使大白鼠排尿量增加。给药后第1h尿Na^+排出增加,但对尿K^+排出没有明显改变。落新妇甙能减少化学刺激引起小鼠扭体反应次数,也能提高热板刺激反应的痛阈。
Astilbin was given at a dose from 0.5 to 2 mg/kg (iv), whole urine in 5 hours in rats was increased. After intravenous injection, the excretion of sodium was increased in 1h, the excretion of postassium was not significantly different compar-ed with NS group. Astilbin reduced writhing rate in mice induced by chemical stimula-tion. In hot plate test, pain threshold was raised.
