摘要
目的分析痛风患者的临床资料,发现临床诊治问题,提高治疗效果。方法对80例确诊的痛风患者的临床表现、辅助检查结果及治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果 36例痛风患者曾被误诊为其他疾病;非风湿专科的痛风患者治疗不规范,所有患者既往均未坚持正规降尿酸治疗。结论在治疗痛风时,患者存在依存性问题。应加强对患者的健康教育,注重痛风缓解期及慢性痛风期的治疗;对于部分无法耐受降尿酸的化学药物的患者可选用疗效确切、副作用小的中药制剂治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical materials of patients with gout,find the problem in diagnosis and treatment,and enhance the therapeutic efficacy.Methods The clinical outcome,examination results and treatment methods of 80 patients with gout were retrospectively analyzed.Results Thirty-six cases had been misdiagnosed as with other diseases.The medical treatment of gout in departments of non-rheumatism majorities was not standard.No patients insisted on canonical treatment to decrease serum uric acid.Conclusion Dependency problem exists in the treatment of patients with gout.Health education for patients should be strengthened,and the treatment in the remission and chronic period should be focused.The patients who are unable to tolerate chemical drugs for reduce uric acid can be treated by the effective and safe Chinese medicine.
