摘要
本文利用光化学反应,采用荧光检测手段,建立了磺胺嘧啶的光化学-荧光分析法。该法的线性范围为0.02~3.2μg/ml,检测限为0.02μg/ml,0.8μg/ml磺胺嘧啶标样的测定的相对标准偏差为2.6%(n=12)。该法用于磺胺嘧啶的测定,结果满意,回收率为92.8~106.9%,平均回收率98.8%(n=6)。该法操作简便、快速,容易实现在线分析。应用质谱、红外光谱、纸色谱、薄层色谱以及同步扫描荧光光谱等手段,对该光化反应过程进行了初步探讨,提出了一种可能的光化反应机制。
A new fluorimetric method based on a photochemical reaction for the determination of sulfadiazine (SD) has been developed and applied to the determination of SD in its medicinal tablets. It is simple, rapid and easy to carry out on-line analysis. The linear range and the detection limit for this method were 0.02~3.2 and 0.02μg/ml, respectively, The relative standard deviation for the determination of 0.8μg/ml SD was2.6%(n=12). The recovery was in the range of 92.8%~106.9%, and the mean recovery was 98.8%(n=6).Several analytical techniques, sush as mass spectrometry, infrared spectrometry, paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography and synchronous scanning spectrofluorimetry, were used to study the photochemical process, and a possible mechanism for the reaction was proposed.
