摘要
目的建立9种氧化型染发剂中染料的高效液相色谱检测方法,对《化妆品卫生规范》中的氧化型染料的高效液相色谱法进行改进和补充。方法采用乙醇(1+1)作为提取液,以1%抗坏血酸作为抗氧化剂,以Supelco C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱分析柱,以乙腈-三乙醇胺水溶液(pH=7.5)为流动相洗脱,流量为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm,进行高效液相色谱法测定。结果 9种氧化型染料在50~250μg/ml范围内呈良好线性,相关系数均大于0.999 0,检出浓度为150~800μg/g,方法的回收率为87.4%~119.6%,RSD为1.2%~6.2%。结论改进后的方法准确可靠,是对《化妆品卫生规范》中的氧化型染料测定方法的有效修改和补充。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oxidative hair dyes, and to modified the method for the determination of oxidative hair dyes in Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics. Methods Ethanol (1+1) was used as the extracting solution, 1% ascorbic acid as antioxidants, Supelco Cls (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as analytical column and acetonitrile-aqueous solution of triethanolamine (pH=7.5) as mobile phase eluting at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detective wavelength was 280 nm, the prepared samples were analyzed by HPLC. Results The method for the determination of nine kinds of oxidized dye presented a good linear relationship between 50-250 μg/ml, the linear correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 0, the limit of detection was 150-800 μg/g, the average recoveries were 87.4% -119.6%, the relative standard deviations were 1.2%-6.2%. Conclusion The modified method is more accurate and reliable.
