摘要
运用原子经济性概念,引进了工业炸药氧化剂和可燃剂的能量贡献量和能量因子、爆炸产物的单位质量生成热和单位质量比容等指标,分析结果表明:工业炸药应选择能量贡献量、能量因子较大,爆炸产物的单位质量生成热和单位质量比容较大,氢、氧、碳元素含量较高的物质作为原材料,以利于获得性能优越的工业炸药。
In this paper, according to t he demands of atom economy, the energetic contribution value, the energetic fact or of oxidizer and reduction agent, as well as the unit mass production heat and the unit mass gas volume of explosion products are introduced and analysed, the results shown that the raw materials, which have larger energetic contribution value and larger energetic factor, and contains more hydrogen, oxygen and carbon elements, should be elected in order to increase the unit mass production heat and the unit mass gas volume, as well as obtain the industrial explosive that po ssesses excellent properties.
