摘要
绿色化学是当今国际化学的前沿 ,其核心是用化学原理从根本上减少或消除对环境的污染 ,绿色化学主要特点的原子经济性要求充分利用资源。文中对绿色化学和原子经济性进行了介绍。根据绿色化学和原子经济性的要求 ,引进新概念爆炸产物的单位质量生成热和单位质量比容 ,对工业炸药的原材料、配方、爆轰产物进行了分析。结果表明 ,工业炸药配方应设计为零氧平衡 ,且应选择氢、氧、碳元素含量较高的物质作为工业炸药的原材料 ,以提高炸药性能 。
Green chemistry is ahead of international chemistry today,its key content is that environmental pollution is entirely decreased or removed by chemical principle,the demand of atom economy,which is one characteristic of green chemistry,is that the resource should be fully used.In this paper the concepts of green chemistry and atom economy are introduced.According to the demands of green chemistry and atom economy,as well as introduction new concepts the unit mass explosion heat and the unit mass gas volume of explosion products,the raw materials,formulation and explosion products are discussed.The results shown that in order to increase explosion properties and decrease environmental pollution,the formulation of industrial explosive should be zero oxygen balance,the raw materials,which contain more hydrogen,oxygen and carbon element,should be elected.
