摘要
提出一个工序能力指数修正公式，较好地解决了小样本的工序能力判断问题，同时提出了一种从经济性角度对工序能力指数进行优化分析的方法．
This paper presents a modified formula of the process capability index C, which cansolve better the problem of judging process capability for small-sample. In the meantime, an economic optimality analysis of the process capability index C,,is also carried out.
