摘要
通过对烘丝过程的分析 ,针对现有烘丝控制系统的不足 ,提出了新的控制模式。正常工作时稳定进入烘丝筒内烟丝的脱水量以及烘丝筒的筒壁温度 ,从而稳定烘后烟丝的含水率。在热风管道上增加一个由电磁阀控制的低压蒸汽喷射装置 ,“模拟”正常烘丝过程中筒内的环境 ,以减少“干头”和“干尾”烟丝量。使用新的控制模式 ,提高了烘后烟丝含水率的稳定性 ,“干头”和“干尾”
By analyzing the drying process, a new control mode was developed. The water evaporated from the input cut tobacco and the temperature of cylinder wall were stabilized to achieve constant moisture content of dried cut tobacco during normal drying stage. A low\|pressure steam nozzle controlled by an electromagnetic valve was installed in the hot\|air duct to imitate the air status in the cylinder at the normal drying stage in order to minimize over\|dried heading and tailing cut tobacco. The stability of moisture content of dried cut tobacco was improved and the quantity of over\|dried heading and tailing cut tobacco was reduced considerably by the new drying control mode.
