摘要
针对烘丝过程中出现的干头干尾量偏大问题,分析烘丝机运行方式和控制模式,优化改进烘丝控制模式,使干头干尾量从60 kg降低至35 kg。
A considerable amount of cut tobacco was over--dried during start and finish of drying operation, the running state and control mode were analyzed, the control mode were improved and optimized. After improving, the amount of over--dried cut tobacco was reduced from 60 kg to 35 kg.
