摘要
pH值是苯酚丙酮装置中最重要的质量变量之一,但由于pH值检测过程存在高度的非线性和大纯滞后特性,很难有效地对pH值进行自动控制。介绍了苯酚丙酮装置的工艺特点,无模型自适应(MFA)控制技术、苯酚丙酮装置pH值MFA控制系统的设计、实现和控制效果。采用MFA控制技术成功地解决了这一控制难题,获得了满意结果。
The pH value is one of the most important quality variables of phenol-acetone unit. However,it is hard to achieve good pH control performance as the pH process has serious nonlinear characteristic and long time delay. It depicts the process characteristic of phenol-acetone unit, Model-Free Adaptive (MFA) control technology and the design,implementation and control performance of the MFA pH control system for phenol-acetone unit. This pH control problem is solved successfully with satisfactory results by utilizing the MFA control technology.
