摘要
研究了环糊精包络增敏光度法,将β-环糊精(CD)引入Cd(Ⅲ)-TPPS_4显色体系,于pH10.5介质中测定镉,表现摩尔吸光系数达5.1×10~5。用于某些试样分析,结果良好。
The inclusion enhancement of cyclodextrin for chromogenic reactions has been studied. Thecolor system of Cd(Ⅱ)/TPPS_4/phen/ β-CD exhibits a maximun absorbance at 434nm with themolar absorptivity being ε=5.1×10~5L·mol^(-1). cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.4μg/mL for cadium assay. The cyclodextrin inclusion enhanced spectrophotometry has been pro-posed and applied to determination fcr the micro and/or trace amount of cadium in hair, water,urea, alloy and metal samples, with recoveries of 92.8-106.1% and with RSD of≤2. 6%.
