摘要
在醋酸钠(NaAc)缓冲溶液存在下,以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)做显色剂,Gimini阳离子表面活性剂对PAN与Fe(Ⅱ)显色反应具有增敏作用。结果表明,最大吸收波长为536nm处,pH为5.6时,表面活性剂用量1.0mL,显色剂用量0.8~1.0mL,显色时间为15min时,Fe(Ⅱ)-PAN-Gemini14三元络合体系能形成稳定的红色配合物,用一元线性回归法求得该体系表观摩尔吸光系数为1.8×105L/(mol·cm),并用该三元络合体系测得玄武湖水样中铁的含量为1.0μg/mL。
In the NaAc buffer solution, the color reaction Fe( II )with 1- (2- pyridylazo) -2- naphthol in the gemini cationic surfactant is sensitized. The results show that the stationary ternary complex Fe( II )-PAN-Giminil4 was formed at the conditon of the maxmium absorption of the complex 536 rim, pH 5.6, surfactant dosage 1.0 mL PAN 0.8-1.0 mL, developing time 15 min. The apparent molor absorptivity of the complex 1.8-105 L/(mol-cm) was calculated by linear regresison method. The content of the Fe( II )in the XuanWu Lake was determined by using this stationary ternary complex system.
