摘要
高等教育所存在的矛盾与问题 ,是高等教育体制造成的 ,因此 ,用传统的行政手段、计划手段已无法解决。高等教育需要理论创新、体制创新。建立政府宏观调控下的高等教育市场机制应是高等教育改革的目标。只有如此 。
The contradictions and problems in higher education are caused by its own system of organization.So it is impossible to solve its problems by the traditional admimistrative and planning means.Higher education needs theoretical and structural innovations.The target of higher education should be to constitute the higher education market mechanism under the government's macro-control.Having done all of these,the higher education will be able to provide various kinds of talents needed for the social and economic developments.
