摘要
通过理论分析 ,给出了范成法加工渐开线标准齿轮避免根切的最少齿数的一般公式 ,该公式适用于渐开线齿轮根切、干涉的分析 。
A general formula about the minimum number of teeth of Standard Involute Gear was given, which could avoid undercut in the tooth generating procedure. This method was useful in the analysis of the undercut and interference of Involute Gear. As a criterion of how to choose the number of the teeth, the formula could be used in gear transmission.
