摘要
通过理论分析 ,给出了范成法加工渐开线标准齿轮避免根切的最少齿数的一般公式 ,该公式适用于渐开线齿轮根切、干涉的分析 ,可作为标准齿轮传动设计中齿数选择和是否采用变位齿轮传动的依据。
By way of theoretical analysis, a general formation was obtained about the minimal number of teeth of standard involute gear avoiding undercut in the tooth generating procedure. This formation can be used in the analysis of the undercut and interference of involute gear. It can also be used as a criterion of how to choose the number of teeth during the design of standard involute gear and whether to adopt profile modified gear or not.
