摘要
本文论述了钢丝圈硬度比正常值偏高的原因及其控制方法。认为钢丝圈硬度偏高的原因与淬火工艺和回火工艺等因素有关。另外,季节(气温)的变化可以影响残留奥氏体稳定化的程度,从而也影响钢丝圈的硬度。
This paper deals with the cause for higher hardness of ring travellersthan the normal value and the way to control it.It is thought that the causeis concerned with its quenching,tempering and so on.Moreover,the varia-tion of seasens (temperature) may influence the stability of retained austenitewhich also affects the hardness of ring travellers.
