摘要
针对自缫丝洁净低于立缫丝洁净的问题,本文从煮茧工艺和缫丝车速两方面进行了试验和分析。实验结果表明,其主要原因是原料茧性状差异较大,煮熟茧偏生且煮熟不匀。解决的办法是改进自缫煮茧工艺,使茧子适熟。
In this paper by varying the cocoon cooking technology and reeling machine velocity,the author tested and analysed the following problem of the lower neatmess of the automatic reeling raw silk than that of the hand reeling one. The experiment results indicate that the chief reason is that raw cocoon properties vary greatly, and cooked cocoon have not been cooked completely and evenly. In order to tackle the defect,it is necessary to improve automatic reeling process to get cocoon cooked compeletely.
