摘要
介绍了第十届中国国际纺织机械展览会上展出的钢丝圈产品,分析了国内外的差距,指出国内钢丝圈新品开发应集中考虑材质、热处理工艺和表面处理技术。钢丝圈虽小,但在环锭纺中的卷捻作用不可替代,尽管有人设计出了滚动钢丝圈,但实施起来难度很大。喷气纺、转杯纺均已成熟,其纺纱速度比环锭纺快得多,但纱结构不同,不能完全取代环锭纺。因此,研发、改进钢丝圈设计和加工制造技术仍很必要。
Introduction is done to the traveller product displayed in the lOth CITME. Analysis hnds the difference of the products both domestic and overseas. Conslusion is made that importance should be given to the material quality,processes of heat-treatment and surface-treatment as to the domestic new travellers. Small traveller should not be neglected in winding of ring-spinning process. Rolling traveller is hard in application. Though processes of jet spinning, rotor-spinning are mature processes, and the speed is faster than ring-spinning,yet due to different yarn structure,it can not be a substitution of ring-spinning. It is necessary to develop and modificate traveller design and manufacturing technique.
