摘要
目的 观察双氯灭痛滴眼液在青光眼手术中的抗炎作用。方法 53例 (99眼 )青光眼随机分成 2组 ,治疗组53眼 ,对照组 46眼。治疗组手术前后使用 0 1 %双氯灭痛滴眼液 ,对照组不用。结果 治疗组术后平均视力较术前提高 ,而对照组视力较术前下降 ;治疗组术后前房渗出及晶状体前囊色素沉着明显少于对照组 ;术后眼内反应轻。结论 双氯灭痛滴眼液可减轻青光眼手术后的眼内炎症反应。
To detect the effect of 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops on inflammatory reaction after operation of glaucoma.Methods Fifty three cases (99 eyes) of glaucoma were randomly d ivided into treatment (53 eyes) and control groups(46 eyes).Patients in treate ment group were given 0.1% diclofenac sodium eye drops to operative eye pre-oper ation and post-operation,while patients in control were not.Results The sights of patients increased after glaucoma operati on in treatment group,while decreased in control group.Compared with control g roup,the exudation in anterior chamber and pigment adhesion to lens capsule in t reatment group were lessened significantly.Conclusion 0 1% diclofenac sodium could lessen the postoperati ve intraocular inflammatory reaction of glaucoma sungery.
