摘要
目的 了解广东、吉林、四川和湖北 4省 0~ 6岁儿童家长在营养教育前后的营养知识 -态度 -行为等方面的变化。方法 用自制的儿童家长知 -信 -行调查问卷在营养教育前后分别对 4个省的 4个县随机抽取 70 1 6名 0~ 6岁儿童家长进行问卷调查 ,并对这些儿童进行身高、体重和血红蛋白的测定。结果 家长对食物与健康的关系的认识从教育前的 4 7 7%上升至 84 4 % ,对疾病的认识也从 5 2 0 %增至 94 0 % ;给 4~ 6月儿童添加合理辅食的人数百分比也从 1 7 0 7%增至 5 3 4 1 % ,添加的品种中蛋羹、菜末、肉末、豆腐及动物肝泥等食物增加的幅度较大。
Objective To investigate the effects of nutrition education among the parents of children aged 0~6 in Guangdong, Jilin, Sichuan, and Hubei Provinces Methods Nutrition education was carried out among the whole population in Chao'an County, Guangdong, Zigui County, Hubei, Guanghan City, Sichuan, and Yanji City, Jilin Before the education, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 4172 parents (father or mother) of children aged 0~6 selected by random sampling and after the education a questionnaire survey was conducted among 2844 parents to investigate the changes in their KAP about nutrition The height, weight, and hemoglobin of the children were measured before and after the education Results The knowledge rate about the relation between food and health among the parents was 47 7% before education and was 84 4% after education. The knowledge rate of the parents about the relation between disease and nutrition was 52 0% before education and was 94 0% after education The percentage of parents who fed their children aged 4~6 months on solid food was 17 01% before education and was 53 4% after education The commonly added solid food included yolk, chopped meat, chopped vegetable, bean curd, and mashed liver Conclusion Nutrition education is one of the effective ways to improve children's nutrition
