武汉市餐饮行业农民工卫生知识、态度和行为调查 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解武汉市餐饮行业农民工相关卫生知识、态度、行为。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,选取本市6家餐饮企业的农民工731人作为研究对象,进行问卷调查。结果女性从业人员的食品卫生知识知晓率高于男性。25岁以上各年龄组的人员中,卫生知识成绩中等者占较高的比例,25岁以下卫生知识成绩差者所占比例较高。汉族和白族人员的卫生知识知晓率高于其他民族。文化水平高人员的卫生态度和行为得分也高。但不同性别、年龄、文化程度、民族的组别中,卫生知识成绩好者所占比例均不到1/3。结论武汉市不同性别、年龄、文化程度、民族的食品从业人员,食品卫生的知识、态度、行为均不够理想,对他们进行卫生培训很有必要。 Objective To analyze the sanitation knowledge,attitude and behavior related with food service among ruralworkers. Methods 731 rural-workers from 6 restaurants in Wuhan were selected randomly and completed questionnaire survey. Results The KAP about food sanitation knowledge among women is higher than that among men workers. Majority of workers aged over 25 years have median knowledge scores and majority aged below 25 years have poorer scores. The KAP about sanitation knowledge in the Han nationality and the Bai nationality is higher than that in other nations. The attitude and behavior scores are higher in persons ,whose education degree is higher. But in different sex, age, education degree and nationality, the proportion of persons who have high sanitation knowledge scores is less than one-third. Conclusion Among the food workers food sanitation knowledge, attitude, behavior among different sex, age, education degree and nationality are not satisfactory in Wuhan. It's essential to train them.
